Respect for privacy is very important to us – all feasible security measures are in place. We may share data in cloud based systems and/or on local servers – any cloud based systems we utilise is based in UK. Data are retained as long as they remain pertinent to the reasons for collection and/or if there is a statutory retention period. Once no longer relevant, all data are destroyed by secure means.

 

Data may be shared with third parties as part of our contracted services, our administration and/or if we are required by law to do so. This includes our cllents – where we process the data collated through them to provide our services, or our supplier, who process the data in a statistical way to monitor our contract with them. We cannot accept any liability for any processing conducted by a third party outside our remit.

 

As part of our compliance, we have conducted a cookie audit on our website. Cookies are internet files used by the system to view websites and their content. We do not use any cookies that are intrusive on your system. We do utilise YouTube services but this opens in an external link and therefore does not set cookies through our system.
